1. Acceptance

By creating an account or giving parental consent on behalf of a player, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.

2. Platform purpose

Switch Performance is a physical development tracking platform for youth baseball players. It is operated by Sydney Blue Sox and is available only to registered players, their parents or guardians, and authorised coaching staff.

3. Account responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify your club administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Use the platform only for its intended purpose

4. Parental consent

Players under 18 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent recorded before accessing the platform. By completing the consent process, you confirm you are the player's parent or legal guardian.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, submit false data, attempt to access accounts belonging to others, or interfere with the platform's operation. Violations may result in account suspension.

6. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided as-is for tracking and informational purposes. Sydney Blue Sox is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the platform or reliance on workout data recorded within it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
